A Family Portrait

I wanted to get a family portrait of the kids with their mom, Johari. More of all of their stories on my other blog "Descendants of Silver" linked in the sidebar links.
Things started out well.
But as sometimes happens when children are involved, things can go awry quickly.

I Wanna Be Like You

Pippa, hanging out with her mentor Viri.
I had a little scrap of the blue fabric that is meant to be belt for Viri's gown and I wrapped it around Pippa so she could have a matching dress, at least in color to Viri's.
The blue bow is from another outfit, but it was perfect for these pictures.
Pippa always puts a smile on my face, and I love putting the little Realpuki's with my larger Dollstown Elf girls.
They just seem to go well together.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter to All

The Dollshe Tans

Just felt inspired today to get my 3 Dollshe tan little ones together for some photos. Tion (Robyn) is the Honey Caramel tan resin tone, Addie (Angela) is pure pale tan and Mo (Owen) is pure tan. All I'm missing is Rosa in a shade of tan...………….if Dollshe didn't have such long wait times I might get one, but I'm not putting myself back on the long wait train again. I'd really like to have a Rosa in the Honey Mango Oriental though.
And some individual portrait shots.
Tion was my first Dollshe Robyn. The Honey caramel brown is a darker shade than the 2 pure kids.
I ordered Addie and Mo in different shades just so I could compare the differences as I didn't have any Dollshe tan or pale tan dolls. Mo is just subtly darker and richer in color than Addie. His resin has more red tones.
Addie's resin, the pale tone, has more golden undertones.

A Fairy Friend

Just a few shots of my two Dollstown Elf bodied girls together...………….I have 2 more heads off to be painted, but these 2 are the current ones at home, so decided to photograph them together. I know as I've said before they aren't 'wee'...…………..but they are whimsical and I often photograph them with my smaller dolls, so decided they would make their home on this blog.
Viri, the Soyu who is in blue was painted by Vitta Vera. Maddie, the Maru, in copper was painted by Lyn Raftis.
Viri is the pale resin, Maddie is oriental resin.
And my favorite photo of the shoot...……….Viri telling secrets.

Copper Oriental Cuties

Just felt like playing with some of my Dollshe kids today, and thought I'd take pics of my 2 cuties in copper oriental resin first. Both face ups by Lyn Raftis. Adso (Iple kitty) loves to hang out with the kids too.
I haven't found any shoes for Robbie yet...……….I really need to work on that, but most times I don't do a long shot of them so no need for footwear.
I'd love to get some more period clothing for them as well. I sure wish I could sew! They aren't the easiest size to fit. I still love them though.
And one of Rose by herself as well.
